I was delivered an ad on Facebook purportedly from a company called Top Tier Grooming in late April of this year. At this time I do not believe it's related to any Top Tier Grooming I've found on my internet searches. They offered a great deal on some fragrances which was probably too good to be real. I paid $60 and was given an odd non USPS tracking number. My card was charged but it was charged to Top Tier in Birmingham, UK and not to the NYC website that was used in the ad. In addition, I received a receipt from "Doyle Communications Limited." My emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. I've spoken with my bank about keeping this predator from trying to use my card in the future, but also wanted to warn my friends on B&B about this fraud.

It was actually only a tracking link that took me back to a website saying it should be delivered by April 7th.
