MWF is known for "cracking" with some use but have never heard of it turning brown. Doubt it would effect performance perhaps try scraping it off which should do the trick!

How old is it and when was the last time you used it? .

Why is it all frothy suds, don't you rinse it after use? If you store it wet, it probably grew bacteria and spoiled.

What are the black particles and hairs?

Are you sure it's MWF

Whatever it is and whatever you did to it, it looks disgusting.

Ah..... Just rinse it off, drain it, let it dry, and use it. When it starts to stink, use it till you can't stand the smell anymore.

Waste not want not!

MWF is a soap that likes to be used daily, otherwise it gets sulky. If you're going to rotate it with other soaps make sure that you put a lid over it, so that it can't see what you're doing. It's the reason why the ceramic bowl has a lid.

MWF has an all seeing eye bad habit
