Just thought I would post my thoughts about the Muhle Rocca once I figured out the right angle it is incredibly smooth and efficient. I can now get it done with a two pass shave with the grain. no weepers or irritation just a real nice shave. Thanks for reading

I got the "Jet" black edition, and it's my number one performing razor. I never usually go for it because it's kinda "boring" to use I guess you could say, but if I wanna shave with absolutely no muss or fuss, that's gonna be what I'm grabbing for that day's shave
I shaved with my Rocca this morning. It is a great performing razor that I really enjoy using. I can't recall ever having a bad shave with the Rocca.....can't say that with some of my other razors.
what angle did u use in the end? I find it has a wide range but prefer a neutral angle

I find if I use about 30 degrees or a little less it does a really good job
It reminds me a little of riding a late model BMW motorcycle. A little too civilized. That said, I love my Rocca. It is a great head. What's your favorite blade combo with it?
For my use, BIC Chrome Platinums work best with it, but it's versatile enough that any blade works great for the most part

For me I like the Astra SS blade a lot but most blades work great
bu that do you mean a steeper angle or more riding the cap? I find the audible feedback is a great indicator
It’s a superb razor and find it’s not picky about blades either
speaking of audible feed back, the sound it makes as it shaves off whiskers thanks to the hollow handle is incredibly satisfying to boot

Rocca is great razor, its architecture provides decent shaves in a wide range of angles. I tried with many blades. With moderate sharp blades it is a very good daily shaver.
If you are a weekly shaver, you can also rely to Rocca with a sharp blade.
Aggressiveness wise it is one very tiny notch more aggressive than EJ316 but very close.
Rocca's big brother R41 is not for daily shaves. You can use for a couple consecutive shaves but on the long run this might irritate. But Rocca is safe to use as a daily shaver with no issue.
I love mine. Been my daily driver for a while. Smooth, efficient, and I love the size and heft. Very well designed razor.
I doubt you will return it.. I originally got the R96, liked it that much I grabbed the R94 and R95
You sound like me. I had all 3 but sold the 95 and still have 94 and 96.
It's not too bad. I find it does take a little more effort to rinse compared to my other razors but it's not bad enough to bother me.
