Muhle or Kent? - Need help in choosing a decent silvertip badger shaving brush

Hi! I need to kind advice on choosing a silvertip badger brush.
In terms of my research, budget and approx size (a medium/large), ive identified 2 brands/models:

Kent BK4 and Muhle 23mm (order no: 93K257).

The things Im looking for are: very very soft bristles, good lathering action on the face, medium backbone (ie not too floppy) , relatively wide bristle area, and durability (ie the bristles stay soft a long time, dont drop out, and dont become 'scraggly' after a year).

Would anyone be able to advise, based on their own experience? which is the better brush in the long run.

I've heard conflicting stuff about the Muhle, namely very very soft bristles and then another said a lot of the hairs came out.
As for Kent, the drawbacks to me, for BK4 and BK8, the handle at the bottom is very narrow, almost to be a dainty way to hold it! The flare seems rather sloped too (prefer a more flatter feel on the face, but im ok with it)

Thanks!!

I'm not sure either of these is a top choice for face-lathering. Of these I prefer the Kent, but many consider it somewhat floppy. Despite its loft, I found it to be solid when face-lathering. I would suggest looking at the VIeLong LE silvertip offered by Bullgooseshaving. It has soft tipscombined with shorter loft making it a great brush for face-lathering.

The bk4 is a fine brush, but I'm not sure it's a great face lathering brush. I find it a bit floppy for that. The bk8 has a big enough knot for that hair they use.

Kent's are super soft, and despite that, lather ANYTHING beautifully!! I love my bk4, and I've owned every single model of Kent's, bk4 is a great brush. The bk8 is a wonderful brush as well, it's leaning towards larger of course, but still manageable IMO. The 12, well, it is just a beast......I've never tried a Muhle brush, but i can't imagine it any better than my Kent's.
