So about a week or so back, I was cruising the Atlanta Barber Supply Website, and noticed a razor called the Mr. C for sale. It's a product that is made in Japan.
It intrigued me, because it could use a Schick Injector blade, and having just stockpiled 200 of them in the Injector Group Buy, I figured this was a good thing.
It features a slide out blade holder, just like many of the cheaper made 1/2 DE blade shavettes do.
I was looking at it tonight, and noticed it features a 3rd blade holding nub, that is not engaged when you put a Schick Injector blade into it.
Having just received a Kai Captain in the mail, I had a quick thought, maybe it holds a Feather Blade!!
Sure enough the Feather Blade fits perfectly!!
So I just thought I would share some info about this little known razor, in case there are some budget minded people out there who might be interested in purchasing this more economically priced razor.
The overall construction of the razor is as you would expect to be; somewhat cheaply built, but having some overall weight, the internal blade holder is a solid chunk of steel, giving it a fair bit of weight.
