What's new

Money is no object . . . and you can have only 4

soaps or creams for use throughout the year. Using all of the criteria that is important to you, and choosing only from currently available product, which 4 would you buy?

MdC (Lavender)
Catie's Bubbles (Le Piment de la Vie)
Catie's Bubbles (Le Gardenia de L'Etalon)
Soap Commander (Passion)

MdC (scented)
Catie's Bubbles LPV (Ocean Grove is really close second)
Cella
Mike's Natural Pine & Cedarwood

TFS Bergamotto Neroli hard soap
Klar Kabinett (I know…)
Le Pere Lucien Rose de Pushkar
Geo. F.Trumper Rose puck

My Trumper is wonderful, but I've heard stories… Must try MdC.

C&S O&C in the aluminum jar
Pen's Blenheim Bouquet or Bayolea
Yardley (sealed with scent remaining, all mine have no scent)
Original Acqua di Parma shaving cream in the jar (croap)

Note that these aren't the best per se, but if I'm spending money that's not mine these all perform excellently and smell fantastic.

MDC Scented
Wickham's Super Smooth English Rose
Stone Cottage Cream Suede de Kashmir
CRSW Select American Barbershop

Currently in production, hmm?
Just soaps?

creams:

Proraso

croaps:

Four soaps for me:
Barrister and Mann Lavanille
MdC (Fougere or Original)
Catie's Bubbles (Spice of Life or Ocean Grove)
Haslinger Schafmilch

AoS tallow-first lavender would be on the list if we are allowed to pick a no longer available product.
Stroppe Shop Special Edition double butter formula just missed the list, as did Mike's Hungarian lavender - fantastic products(yesterday or tomorrow, they may have been on my list).
I should have put a cream on my list...no, I never reach for a cream anymore.
