Molle system tips wanted

I am sure some of our recent Vets and our active duty gents can comment on this. I am looking for tips on using the Molle system on my pack. I know there are adapters for alice to molle but what about gear that has loops but no alice or molle straps? Are there stand alone straps that can be sourced? Any suggestion on the strongest way to attach these items?

you can build an engine from just 550 (para) cord and 100pmh tape, if you have enough and the smarts to do it.

not sure about adapting Alice to Molle, or anything else... but... if it's just "belt straps" to Molle? gutted 550 to ensure it secure on all 4 directions. and as close to the corners as possible, for stability and it doesn't get ripped off by scrubbing it against a wall or something else.

a personal pet pieve of mine is not properly dressing the running ends (burn them before routing/knotting) so that they don't fray, and possibly undo the knot in the process. and the proper knot for the task.
