Modren DE shaving commercial

Gillette and Schick have their fancy shmancy commercials that are seen by millions daily.
At the other end of the spectrum, you have DE shaving which sees zero advertising through commercials, or newspaper/magazine advertisements. I envision a change in that. I see a male model using an EJ (or other high end flashy and cool looking DE razor) shaving off the lather which was applied with a shave brush.

Would the commercial or ad be for the DE blades like this one:

Or, for the actual razor?

And even a commercial for women:

Which DE manufacturer would the best commercial be for?
A blade manufacturer or the actual razor manufacturer? Suggestions? Which company would have the most impact on attracting someone to DE shaving?
Who would make a good actor or model for the commercial?

Ideas?

Now, there's a women's shaving commercial, none of that cartridge stuff!

Take the skirt off, Nancy, and shave like a man.

I think men have been feminized in our culture to the point where we are ready for a pop-culture backlash, and I think that DE shaving could be a profitable part of that if someone hits on the right timing and ad campaign.

Combine that with the emerging yearning for something REAL and the desire to move away from a disposable, plastic culture, and you have good campaign, IMO.

Still too much of a niche IMO. No point in spending massive sums to preach to the choir. The majority value convenience above all else. Look at the other products they tend to favor.
