MLB Network is showing Ken Burns' Baseball this month

I am watching the 4th Inning, the Babe Ruth episode, I've got it DVRed. The 4th Inning episode is about 2 hours long. There is a picture of the Polo Grounds, where the Yankees played, and on the right field fence there was an Ever-Ready Safety Razor advertisement.

I had never seen Ken Burns' Baseball. I have seen the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Innings and currently watching the 4th Inning. A very interesting documentary. I was watching the 3rd Inning yesterday while my wife was sleeping on the couch. She was trying to wake up but said Baseball was keeping her asleep. She has no appreciation for sports.

I also saw an advertisement for GEM Double-Life Blades on the outfield fence of one of the old ball parks.

Speaking of the Civil War, in the 1st Inning episode of the Baseball series, soldiers in the war would play baseball for relaxation.

just started to watch it on line, I'm not a baseball fan and know very little about it, but I'm a big fan of ken burns' docs
Civil war and jazz are fantastic and this looks awesome too

I love this documentary so much. It's a must for any baseball fan.
