Here one crock pot dish I keep making. I made it with both Beef roast and Pork Roast ,I just use the matching meat gravy mix.

A quick and easy slow cooker beef pot roast
Ingredients

• 3 pound Chuck Roast
• 1 package of Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing and Seasoning Mix
• 2 packages of Au Jus Gravy Mix
• 4 tablespoons unsalted Butter, cut into 4 pieces
• 6 Pepperoncini Peppers, whole plus some of the juice
