I have one of these and I'm looking to move up to a DSLR. I also have 3 good lenses and a decent flash for this unit (all Minolta). Is there a Digital body that would be compatible with the lenses & flash?

Before Sony bought Minolta, there was the Minolta Maxxum 7D. Your lenses and flash might work with the Sony DLSR cameras made after they bought Minolta. I believe they kept the same lens mount as the Minolta.
yes the did leave samwe mount. new sonys is the same as minoltas
