Mini nuts and bolts

Hi
I'm going to make me some acrylic scales and have decided to first off go with small nuts and bolts, I guess that the correct term is micro fastener, or is that the company's name?
Anyway, what size should I buy? How long and from where???
I checked out the micro fastener site for the #0 washers but which bolts go with em?

Cheers

Superior Shave sold sets recently, but I do not see them now, you might email Jarrod.

#0 washers go with 0-80 bolts(0 is bolt size 80 is threads per inch) If you have an electronics supply company near you, may be able to pick them up local.

I use these for mocking up the shape to do the wedge etc, but personally I think these on finished scales look horrific - peening is such a better look

Yah they'd be great to find 3-4 sets just to do mock wedges and hold the razor in place, alas someone has to have a few sets for sale ahah

You can use the nuts for setup, and then round off the bolt head and cut and peen the other end, without the nut. It is still brass and it still peens easily. Be sure to grind a small dimple on whatever you use for an anvil, to keep from squashing the head out of shape when you peen the other end. I like to use a large nail set to peen the thread end. It makes a nice crown.
