which new forum colors is everyone going with? i downloaded both i'm not sure yet.

Not sure what you're referring to. What forum colors?
I don't see any color scheme called "silvertip" ... the one I'm using is called "Save Your Eyes." I tried the B&B Dark Blue scheme, but didn't like it.

View attachment 80476go to site feedback at the bottom of forums, click on the dark side of b&b, then go to page 9 then scroll to the 2nd reply which is arcman at the bottom of his reply it will say b&b dark themes click on it, the directions are at the bottom.

which one is save your eyes?

i chose midnight it's easier on my eyes. 
"Save Your Eyes" is listed as a Global Style. I'm assuming that it works on all websites, not just those that have a Stylish script specifically written for them.
