Thanks, I just picked one up as a gift for the Mother in Law. It cost me $166.77 including tax and shipping which is a great deal.

How do they stack up against the All Clad branded ones?

From what I've just read the main difference is that All Clad is made in US and Emerilware is made in China.

There are cheaper versions of the Emerilware that are similar but different however this ProClad version is supposed to be of the same quality as the All Clad 3 ply product.
