Got a Hexclad hybrid frying pan. Expensive but worth it. Use it daily.

I've heard good things about the Hexclad.

Found another fun knife in a thrift store today for $5 CAD.



The blade reads:

HEINR. Böker & Co. Baumwerks
Solingen - Germany Alemania
Arbolito Ireebrand

Was a bit rusty and slightly tarnished.
I did a real quick polish with a brass wheel, then buffing compound onto a basic hand polish. Maybe 10 minutes tops.

Gave it a hone to see if it was sharp or not. Not terrible, but needs a sharpen.

Not quite as good a deal as the $0.63 Wushtof, but a $5 Böker isn't so bad.
