merkur HD handle width

Hi all,

I am looking for a shaving stand for a merkur HD razor - unfortunately I have yet to purchase the razor so I was wondering if someone could measure the width and tell me if it will fit in a stand with

Razor Drop:90mm
Razor Neck Opening: 12mm

Depends, the major diameter at the base of the coved neck is .510 and is about 1/2 inch down from the head of the razor.
