This is the person whom I was hoping to conjure with the title of this post, but also wanted to include others from different regions.
No Sir, Proraso Blue is only available in a metal tube as a soft cream.

Just a few years ago, the Proraso fans absolutely wanted a Red soap with matching pre-shave and splash. At the Ludovico Martelli Company they were overloaded with requests from wet shavers in Italy and all over the world. Finally, the company decided to satisfy its loyal customers.
So, why not try to contact the manufacturer directly? A couple of e-mails would probably pass unnoticed, but a few hundreds or more would certainly not.
