Pho Soup
Looks good, haven't had pho in a while. Texas, DFW area in particular, has a huge Vietnamese population. In fact, Haltom City is affectionately known as Little Saigon. I think I need to correct my pho situation shortly.

I never go to diners for eggs, cause they are so simple to cook, but I do enjoy a good meatloaf
I’m kind of the same way. If it’s something I can make at home, to my taste. I prefer to try something that I don’t make.
The egg came with the meal. Had a nice looking yolk. But it was a smaller egg.
