Masonic Razor

Wayyyyyy too much. Cool razor, but I have seen other Masonic ones for much much less in better condition.

It just has to have a barber's notch and Masonic symbols on it!

and then it just has to be $250 away from the retail price of a brand new piano.

It's regretable, but I just don't see this one being justifiable.

Where are these Masonic razors for much less this other gentlemen was talking about?

They come up on eBay. Sometimes they are advertised as Masonic, other times I'll just notice when I am looking at the pics.

For example: Here and this one here didn't even sell when they dropped it to $275.

Don't pay $750. They can be had in decent condition for $50-100 if you wait a bit. I think I paid to the tune of $70 (needs scales) for that one, and it came with a couple other razors I can restore and sell to make back some of that.

$750 is a joke. I think one W&B that was over 1" deep went for around $600 a couple months ago, and since then everyone thinks their masonic wedges are worth $400-1000. They aren't.

I've gotten both of mine just because it was a good price for a 7/8" to 1" Sheffield wedge. Mason imprints raise the average auction value a bit, but not all that much. "For Barbers Use" stamps seem to raise the value more.
