Here's a nice lathering bar from India , but the scent is so raunchy I can't even use it as a kitchen sink bar. I've used neem toothpaste before, but this bath soap must have quite a bit of it . The bar really smells disgusting ,and a slight trace of the scent lingers on the skin after bathing.. I'm out on this one !

Never seen it out here in Australia. It may be in the cities where they have Indian Grocery Stores. I would be tempted to dry it just to see if the smell is as @malocchio described it.

It says toilet soap, maybe that's what it's for.

That may be more literal then you think... Many cultures use a bar of soap and some rinse water in place of TP. The strong scent and slew of moisturizing ingredients also allude to this.

What does raunchy smell like 
No thanks. I’ll stick with Mitchell’s Wool Fat. It smells like soap, but rinses clean and leaves my skin baby butt soft.
Inspired to try some neem based stuff
picked up some neem soap and toothpaste. Probably a bit nicer than OPs soap, couldn’t find something like that at MOM’s organic stores.
