Another vote for a New- it is classic open comb that will never let you down. Parker 24C is a modern open comb that will likely impress. If you can pick up a tech you will always have a backup that will work for you. I put my Slim away for a few weeks because I was getting sliced regularly and I know it is technique related. Someday I will take it out again and start over.
