Make a DE restoration subforum.

Under the Straight Razor section we have the "Restoration & Razor Making How-To's....." subforum
I see a lot of people lately posting for advice on DE restorations..
Can we make a subforum for them in the DE section? Doesn't make a lot of sense to having them post in the Straight Razor forum for DE advice.

Subfora are created when there is an abundance of content that would support that action.
Currently we don't see that level of specific content that would fill a forum.
