That's a 2 band silvertip knot.

I mean is it M&F or Brad Sears sourced ?
Brads 30mm silver top is a very high quality hair. I purchased 2 brushes on the same day from him. I've only received one since his silvertip takes about one month and the M&F takes about 3 to 4 months. I'm still waiting for the M&F blonde to compare.
His brush actually came out better than my custom brush. A lot softer and perfect backbone. Perfect density.. So perfect that I ended up ordering another silvertip from him the day I used it. While I'm still waiting on an M&F.
The tips aren't hooked but it feels like gel. It seems like he goes through every knot to make sure it is up to standard. I was going to send him a knot to install on a handle but his response was that he needs to see if it is up to par on his standards.
