M&P Tips?

New to the Realms old shaver just tired of buying cheapie toss away razors and less than stellar shave so bought a Shaving factory TTO and a Vintage Gillette Tech off Ebay. Seem to favor the ancient Gillette over the Shaving Factory one, in fact so much so that I bought a Brand New Merkur 41 "!904" Remake of a Gillette. Both seem to be VERY forgiving of my Noobness. Anyway, used to mold Soaps for work as the soap my shop has drys my hands out terribly in winter so use Melt and Pour base as is and no dryness.

just got nice deal on M & P Base and some Shea Butter and wondering what else recommended to make decent Shaving soap out of this? Most will become hand soap but I do plan some Mugs of Shaving soap(Left overs from another project)

For Shaving Soap been using Pucks of UVD from Walgreens. Would love to find a way to Scent the Shaving Soap using a Scent similar to Drakkar.

Is this a shaving soap melt-and-pour base? If not, you may find yourself disappointed by the results. Bramble Berry sells a nice shaving melt-and-pour base.

Either way, I would an ounce of glycerin for every five ounces of melt-and-pour base as well as a 1/2 teaspoon of aloe vera extract per five ounces of melt-and-pour base. Tweak those numbers however you please. You could also add clay, but I have found that to be unnecessary.
