Sorry for your loss, I know the feeling all too well. My entire childhood was around chihuahuas (up to 9 all at once at some point) my mom absolutely adored them. Through the years we've lost them to Coyotes, old age, etc. It never got easier. Some people don't realize how much a part of the family pets can become. Some instances a pet can be more family than an actual relative.

They are an unusual breed. Lovable, fearless, frail, and sassy all at the same time.

The memory lives on!
