Just FYI for those contemplating use of the Lord Platinum Class blade.
1] In Fatip (Simpsons Luxury Shave Cream)-- don't do it; the shave was close but my neck looked like I had the third date with a vampire; oddly, no tugging, but felt the irritation during the day; I assume other aggressive razors may give same result (R41, Futur cranked up above 3). Even the Simpson Cream couldn't save me.
Yet, amazingly and inexplicably;
2] Weber ARC (QCS soap) - superb, close, and smooth shave; Assume other milder razors do the same, R89 and its EJ brethren, Merkur 11/12 C, apparently go well with this blade although not sure about 34C or 38C or slants.
3] Fatboy @ 3 (Razorock R-160)- ditto to number 2]; Thus adjustables not cranked up too far go well with this blade.
