It really is fantastic, I think it might be the best shaver in my den as well... Maybe even better then my gillette tech...

I have the "new" version of L6 (S625-1) and the Lord L5 (L122).
Both are great razors and they cost almost nothing.
I have not tried the L122-c with the plastic bar.

Also that video it seems like it has a plastic open comb base plate, that could be interesting.

Same with the added plastic comb "for body shaving". It still has normal metal bottom plate though.

I much prefer the plastic comp. You should not tighten although very much as the plastic base bents. The saving is fantastic!
