Sounds like a sweet deal to me. A few hundred bucks to set up and then zero commute costs (have you bought gas recently?), zero commute time, no need to buy fancy office clothes, no need to eat lunch out all the time…. You’ll probably be ahead in the first month.

My experience of managing people suggests not every employee can be trusted but that's a wholly different issue I appreciate
My office doesn't have room for that fancy stuff like a desk. Its got great windows and has 18 wheels. At least the scenery out the windows changes all the time. 
Agreed, and those who can’t seem to show themselves pretty quickly.
