Loose knot problem

My beloved EJ brush has a problem. The knot is loose. First symptom was that I could hear something "rattling around". Then found I could rotate the knot. It seems to have somewhat "snugged" back into place and is useable, but my concern is whether continuing to use it is going to to create more issues.
Any suggestion?

I'd contact Edwin Jagger directly. I think they're out of the office till January 4th though.

My EJ travel brush knot came loose. I didn't want the headache of sending it back so I just pulled it out, roughed it and the handle up a bit with sandpaper and reset it with JB Weld. If it comes out now, I'll be very surprised.
