I bought one from here a few months back:

There is no indication that they are out of stock. Shipping from Italy to the UK, plus "taxes" cost almost as much as the razor itself though! Still, at a total cost of £50, I thought it was worth it.
If you are into open combs, from the photo, it looks like they have the 1st generation Muhle R41 in stock (the one with the Merkur head, but better plated):
