I find the Parker 87R to be a superb razor for the price. Though Parker's QC is admittedly a bit checkered, I had no issues to speak of with mine. Last I checked, it was going for under $30 on Amazon, though if you can find a vintage replacement that's within your budget, so much the better! If you do decide to go the Parker route, they have other TTO offerings that use the same exact head.
