I think your only bet for Arko in a store is an ethnic Turkish grocery/pharmacy.

i live near chicago. I'm new to the whole shaving for pleasure scene and i am saddened by how few of the clasic things are still sold in stores. i mean i know i can get almost anything off of Amazon but i wish i could find a place that sold the stuff in person
If you make it into Chicago, Merz is meant to carry a good selection of shaving gear. Similarly, Pasteur's in NY and West Coast Shaving out in California.
Yup, it is sad how very little traditional gear is on the shelves these days. We live in hope that with our efforts here that one day things will start to improve.

If you cant find it locally, Arko can be found on Amazon for about $1.50-$2.00/stick, depending on how many you buy at once. Are you a confirmed Arkonaut, or looking to try the stuff for the first time?
+1 for the Turkish / Northern African stores. RIght around the corner I have a Tunisian supermarket that sells a number of Arko shaving creams and even some Derby carts.
No place here in Florida that I have found either. I've only been a B&B about two weeks and I keep hearing about Arko and it has me very curious. I think I'm going to order a single on Amazon - just to see which side of the Arko stick I come down on
