Searching for a science fiction book I read in the early 1980's. Unable to recall the title or the author.
Here are the details I recall. The book was about soldiers going to fight on other planets. Had references to techs and mechs. Each soldier wore a small neck knife called a grace knife for ending the life of a mortally wounded soldier.
