I am looking for a new cream, I am currently using Top Secret. I'd like to stick to the clean fresh scents. Any suggestions?

Check out RazoRock Fresco. It's a hard cream/soft soap, and the scent is slightly minty.
Hard to suggest one without knowing what you've tried. What about ToBS Avocado?
Kappus is a great one in my books and I really like Proraso also!
If you want soapy then Palolive cream is the one.
There are a great many choices out there, with the internet shops and all that. What creams have you used? What creams do you like/dislike? Do you wish to buy locally or online?

Sorry I should have elaborated more. At the moment I have: Derby Lemon(I like the lemon smell but not the cream itself), CO Bigelow(I like this cream and the smell is ok), and Top Secret(this is my favorite I have used in smell and lather). I have been suggested trying Speick before and I had for got about it. I'll try that one too. Any others?

The Arko shave cream line would be a step up from the Derby. Lea from Spain is a nice. One that I have really gotten a kick out of is Domino from Macedonia. The scent is pleasant but a tad heavy to considered "fresh" but it is a clean scent. It lathers exceptionally well.
T&H 1805 for sure. Both clean and fresh.
I've grown to love TBS Maca Root. The lather is fantastic and it comes with an appealing, unique scent.
I don't recall Speik being fresh or clean scented... if anything I found it a bit pungent. But it was a soap not cream I tried.
Speick or Proraso Blue.
I'd also recommend the Maca Root or for a light lemony scent Frasier's Original.
Nancy Boy replenishing. Smells like cucumber. Lathers for days.
I would suggest Nancy Boy Replenishing cream. Nice cucumber scent that doesn't linger and a good quality product
If you like citrus TOBS limes is a solid performer though out of all the ones I've tried in their range coconut is my go to, I'd recommend it if you like don't mind something a little sweeter
