Looking for a high street shop that carries straight razors!

I'm living in Cambridgeshire UK and am looking for any shops in the UK that carry straight razors in store. I can't bring myself to buy a blade online without holding it first. Any info will help. Thanks in advance

You might talk to Oscroft (Alan) or Gary Haywood and see if they're up for meeting as they are both in England as well. Gary is in Nottingham and Alan is in Liverpool. Looks like Gary would be closest as Liverpool seems to be about 3 or more hours away from you. You'd be able to get your hands on a big variety and see what you like before buying something online.

taylors in london i know of and have visited but i think they only do dovo well its all that they had last time i was in . also try online stores and ask to visit them the one executive shaving in Glasgow you can go and get stuff direct from him so have a look around and see what you get

Tony has a good stock of stuff on his website but not sure if you can get your hands on his vintage stuff. He's also a great guy to talk to.
