Looking for a good dry rub recipe for chicken

I am looking for a good dry rub recipe for grilling chicken. Check that, I actually would like several options, both with and without heat. Our young daughter doesn't like the heat, but she loves grilled chicken, and can appreciate the flavors but not the heat.

Any recommendations? They do not necessarily have to be bbq rubs, but they will work too.

Here is mine. The recipe is for talapia, which it works beautifully with, but I use it on pork, chicken, and beef (not steak) as well. I use half as much salt, but left the original measurements in case you like more salt than I do.

2 Tbls. Paprika
2 tsp salt
2 tsp lemon pepper
1.5 tsp garlic powder
1.5 tsp ground red pepper
1.5 tsp. dried, crushed basil
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. dried thyme

Mild

8 tablespoons light brown sugar tightly packed
3 tablespoons kosher salt
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon thyme (crushed)
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Spicy

2 oz cayenne
8 oz chili powder
4 oz garlic powder
4 oz onion powder
8 oz good paprika
3 oz cumin
4 oz kosher salt
16 oz brown sugar
4 oz black pepper

2 tsp of salt is not that bad.

I will probably have to pare down the salt for both of these Kouros, but they look great.
