What's new

Lock the elbows or don't

Both isosceles and Weaver, plus kneeling, barricade, shooting on the move, retention position, uses of different cover and concealment, weapon retention from a gun grab, and such. Elbows straight but not locked on isosceles, but bent on Weaver.

Rob is the trained trainer so I'd listen to him. Anyway, when I was trained we were still using cap and ball pistols. Carry multiple guns...the original New York reload.

Who's Rob? lol.

And traffic stops were done in covered wagon. ;)

I had a fiery steed for traffic stops.

My problem is that revolvers go boom even with a limp wrist. You can get lazy. Lucky for me I try to shoot a little bit more with just one hand, so I tend to hold it tighter.

Now if I could just get a few on the paper plates, lol!

You do more than try. I take notice when you speak (ot type, as it is here).

I agree, and I listen as well.

And Simon understates his skills, as you well know my friend!

I had a strong suspicion of this long ago.

I appreciate what all have to offer. For me, this is the place for knowledge of many things. Good information is not always found on Google.

Thanks again.
