Local Raw Honey

So, I treated myself to the below today:

I'm not sure if the label on the big jar is quite visible, but that's 1 lb of genuine tupelo honey (how a local honey producer from suburban Philly managed that, I have no idea). As a Van Mo fan, how could I possibly resist?

in the vicinity of the hives
just before the honey is collected.

Sometimes they can do that,
sometimes they can't.
