What's the difference between Lined Chrome plated and Chrome plated???

I had the unlined and loved it but sold if off when I started using straights. Now that I realize I can get just as good a shave for cheaper using SE and DE (not to mention the razors are a fraction of the price and you don't need a strop) I might have to buy another one. But the Muehle razors are quite beautiful and have the same head design...
