Here is my shaving den which I overhauled this afternoon:
The blades now sit side-by-side in their very own 'garage' (the gaps between the small posts that hold the front rail up) which makes it MUCH easier to select a blade for a shave.
I also like to keep things in order according to product type, which is why the tubs of soap/cream, the tubes of cream and the skin foods are next to each other. Also I like my den to be visually pleasing; hence below describes the arrangement:
The GFT Coconut Oil shaving soap is placed in the centre as a main focal point when looking at the den as a whole.
The brush and razor are on the left of the den as people usually look from left to right (as in reading), they get to see the brush and razor first, then the soaps/creams then the skin food. The styptic pencil is on the very far right so its out of the way; its much less noticeable. The red pack of styptic matches is there as an ornament as it looks like a 'barber's shop sign'
Even my wife really likes the layout! She likes how everything is nice and neat!

Mines a lot smaller here than it was in the States. As we are renting I can't drill holes into the walls for my Gillette displays, but I have some stuff up and out

I got this. Not much. Sports a new RV brush, though. My Fasan and my Grandfather's Old Type. On the right, my Dad's Tech and brush. I use the Fasan daily. The OT once in a while, mostly to trim my sideburns which a Slant isn't so good at. My Dad's stuff gets used on his birthday and Christmas day.
The Lady Gillette is my wife's and I don't use that one.

I have two new brushes on order: PAA Peregrino and Atomic Rocket.
And other than some severe lust over hmmmmm 5 or 6 beautiful straight razors that I will admire from afar, I don't have anything on my radar at the moment. I think my shave den will be stable for a while.

In the utility room over the washer/dryer.
The only place I could find to really dedicate to shaving and a few other things.
The soap, blade, brush, razor, collections stored in a seperate cabinet.

All my shave gear is hidden away out of site, in my nightstand, dresser, and/or boxes in the basement. I know where to find what I need, when I need it. I have no need to disclose what I have, and where it's at. That's for my family to figure out when I'm gone.
Mine, as of 30 Mar 2022:
I am now using a WayFair rotating cosmetics rack--thanks to the wonderful LOTH who saw it advertised during one of her TV shows. I also switched my Cattie's Bubbles and Barbershop soaps to smaller containers (Hobby Lobby $1.99 USD each) so they would fit in the compartments.

No one wants to see my "den"...... I've been hibernating in it, and it has a toilet in it.

I know, there is no such thing as 'too much gear' but nevertheless the den has become a distributed system
So quite a few soaps and most blades are in storage boxes.
The stuff I use is in the shower.
And the rest is organised neatly and presentable in my shave case:
