If you can put the brush on a can of Barbasol they might be on to something. Or any other can of cream for that matter. They are betting on being bought out by a larger company I’m sure. 5% ain’t much unless they get bought out or start making 50mil

Seems the idea's been around for a while. Gillette had the Brush Plus system, which used a proprietary liquid concentrate

And saw a post on another forum showing cream/soap dispensing brushes as far back as the 1800's, including this 1956 patent which looks very similar to Legacy Shave:
