One of my 2 $10 razors. Removed the blade. Cleaned it up a little to 200o grit. Shortened it. Pivot hole was elongated so i over sized that. Shortened the scales to matched the new blade lenght. Cleaned up the scales. Now to try and get the scales back to shiny.

Yes, a Dremel with a sand paper bit to shorten the blade, was fairly slow so I hopefully did not lose any hardening, grind then cool in water.
