they are great brushes....and yes, there is a 2 band knot under all that lather.

I have one like this in a 24mm I like it a lot!
probably identical to mine...24/50(51). fantastic brush.
My experience right now is that contacting him is the hardest part. I'm sure that waiting will be harder though.

I would agree with timebomb, the contacting part seems to be the most challenging.
