There is a downside though. eBays feedback rating system.is pretty messed up.

Highly reputable sellers only have to file a complaint with eBay about a negative review, and it'll be automatically removed even if it's legit. So even a 100% positive rating isn't a fool proof way to judge sellers.

That's not fair!


Lol, hence I am back at buyer beware. Another good one is: if it seems to good to be true...

The question was asked and not yet answered, “was it misrepresented?” I’d like to know this, too, because if it was listed as a “project razor” or “for parts”, then it sounds like the buyer got exactly what was advertised. Need more details. Link to original listing?
