lazy silo door problem on my senator/tto

i just got this one today from the badge/ member. it's a nice and clean one but the silo door is lazy when opening. it wont open all way, only like 90 % , then i have to push it to open rest of way..any clues on solution, thanks guys if ya reply.

Open and close it slow, look at all the moving parts on the head, you should find something is bent someplace. Carefully bend back in real small increments.
