Mulch. Whatever you want to call it. It's those teeny chopped up bits of spent tea leaf that look so unimpressive. I understand that chopping leaf may help when it comes to the blending of a recipe, and that many classic blends employ them. Perhaps factories do this to ensure uniformity of their McBings.

Still, I'd love to get some cakes stuffed to the gills with full leaves. Even a cheap oolong usually yields a pretty mound of spent leaves so why so hard to find in pu'er? Any recommendations?
