Lavender soaps question.....

Which of the three gives better results (scent, performance, etc.) about lavender soaps?

Martin de Candre - Lavender and Mint
D.R. Harris - Lavender
The Art of Shaving - Lavender

I tried with the lavender of The Art of Shaving but in cream and the scent is amazing, I've also used the D.R Harris soaps Arlington and Marlborough and I love.

I've only used the AoS Lavender and find the scent a bit muted. The lather is stellar, though, and gives as good a shave as anything.

My favorite is Taylor of Old Bond Street. Great smell, great lather.

I have both the AoS lavender and Harris lavender. Both very good although the scent from each is quite different. I love the scent of the AoS lavender but I seem to get a closer shave with Harris.

I just ordered a puck of Czech & Speake Oxford and Cambridge. It is supposed to be lavender with a little bit of mint to better bring out the lavender. It has tallow in it and has gotten some great reviews. It is supposed to be a tad bit stronger (in terms of scent) than AoS Lavender.

It means that for you the essence of The Art Of Shaving is better than Harris?

If in fact I've always wanted to try the Czech & Speake 88, but the cost of shipping to Mexico City are very high.
