Lathering MUSGO REAL?

What's the best way to lather up the original MUSGO Real. I've got some on the way and want to be ready. Also, will it respond well to a broken in boar, or should I use a badger? Thanks!

It lathers not differently than other creams. Boar or badger will work so the decision is yours alone.

I just shaved with the Musgo Real Lime and Basil :001_tt1:
I have all of the Musgo Real creams and they are all awesome. They lather effortlessly. I used my trusty Omega boar and bowl lathered. I am certain you will be satisfied, no matter how you choose to lather it up :D

MR is a very thirsty cream, so use lots and lots of water. I find it shaves best with a sloppy-wet consistency.

It is rich in Lanolin, and some people have an allergy to it. Be aware of this so if it irritates your skin the first few times, that's probably why.

Boar or Badger? It doesn't matter, they both work fine.

I found Musgo Real a bit difficult to lather in bowl: very water dependant.

It's better putting a small amount in your brush, then facelather directly adding water as needed.

Cheers!

I only face lather with Musgo Real. Best results are by running your brush through hot water for about 30 secs, shake out excess and squeeze a dollop of it into the center of the brush and begin to face lather adding more water as needed.

Musgo Real is one cream that I found it necessary to pay attention when lathering with a brush making sure to get the right amount of water. I actually like it brushless, find it just a bit more consistent. MR is a fine range with all the added scents, wish they would add the variety in the after shave category as well.

+1. That's been my experience with it, as well.

+2, Musgo is one THIRSTY cream!! I have used dozens of creams over the years and Musgo tops them all for how much water it requires.

Used to have fun with Commander Yellow Pantyhose

Pretty sure they added AS for each of the new scents. WCS has them.
