So to my nose it’s similar to Central Texas Soaps Tobacco & Amber. Very mild and pleasant pipe scent. I’ve only used it once but that’s my take. The Van Yulay Puros La Habana is definitely more cigar than pipe. PAA performance is great! Overall very happy with it

A favorite vintage Ever-Ready handle, with my least favorite knot of all time - pure mid-century nylon. A good-sized snurdle of Proraso Green will never reach its potential.

I had to take the photo quickly just to get the lather looking this lame, weak, airy, and useless. The nylon retains a huge amount of water that can only be removed with a towel. Well, I suppose I could fling some of the excess H2O across the den if I had room for a full major league wind-up and follow-through.
