Lather - post up your favorite brush with a head of lather

How on earth do you get your lather to look like soft serve piled on top of your brush like that? No matter what I try I can never get my lather to look like anything other than a messy blob.
Hey...hahahahaha..much thanks!! What I usually do is gather as much lather with the brush to the side of the bowl and twirl the brush to gather as much lather into the brush. It helps to bring the bowl up and shape the lather. This may take more than 1 try. depending on the lather consistency it can take 2-3 tries or 9-10 tries...
Below is how I do it....please forgive if the quality is not good as I need 1 hand to hold the hp to snap pictures

Btw I think I have the same Turkish copper bowl that you show in the photos. You ever have issues with it toppling over with longer or heavier brushes when you rest them back in it between passes?
